Shipping at a glance

- Every order is tracked, and you get the tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada and Australia. If you'd like us to ship to your country, email us at hello@imagibox.store.
How long it takes
- Processing: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 5-9 business days of dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be longer during peak periods (such as Christmas) or because of carrier delays.
Changing your address
Email us with your order number as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before your order ships. Once it is with the carrier we can't redirect it, so please check your address at checkout.
If something goes wrong in transit
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, or your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number and, for damage, a photo of the item and packaging. We will work with you and the carrier to fix it, with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped across a border may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. Any such charges are the customer's responsibility unless shown at checkout.
