30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your Imagibox™ printer, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to request a return and a refund.

How to return an item

Email us at hello@imagibox.store with your order number. Once your return is approved we'll send you return instructions. To be eligible, the item should be in the condition you received it, with its original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to show the refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us straight away with your order number and photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Sticker paper rolls and consumables

Opened rolls of sticker paper and other consumables can't be returned unless they are faulty.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
